Select the license file
Follow the wizard, accept EULA and select you have a license file
In the next windows click Select and locate your license file, WinToFlash will check it and report is it OK.
Done
Click Next and you are done! You can always check the license in the About dialog in the Help menu.

Delete all files inside and copy your new license file there.

Start WinToFlash and check the activation in the About dialog from the Help menu
